Truworths Maponya **** and bad service

I had an extremely bad experience at Truworths Maponya Mall. I went there to buy a dangaree late in November however my size had already finished. As the cashier was assisting me she suggested that I do a fashion deliver where the store would order from one store to the other. Out of desperation I opted for it. As T/c's were explained to me, I had to pay an extra fee for my item to be delivered in 7 working days and my item will only be charged after delivery. As days went by after the 9th day I decided to go and check with the store if my item was delivered, to my surprise the item was still not delivered. I spoke to the store manager about this issue, she then took down my details to get back to me after she has checked the progress of the delivery. I received a call from her the following day to tell me that she still did not receive my item. I kept following up with her as nobody cared enough to contact me as to what was going on. I finally decided to call their head office who as well was useless as they promised to forward my complained but nothing happened as well. What made me angry is when I paid my account I noticed that the balance reflecting on the receipt is incorrect. The only explanation to this is I have been billed and charged for an item I did not receive. I feel that both the store manager and the head office did not do what they were suppose to do. I'm very angry and annoyed and will also be contacting my lawyers regarding this. I would like to urge the buyers to be very cautious with such things. Truworths has failed me as a customer as someone must account.
