Truworths Maponya customer service

I wish to express my dissatisfaction about the service received from Tumelo Simelani from the Maponya mall branch.

I walked into the shop around 14:30. The queue was not long and they’re only 2 tellers. After standing on the queue for a while, I got very frustrated as I needed to fetch my child at 3:30pm.

Anyway Tumelo called and I complained about the long wait He then told me they are using a new system and were never trained.

I spent more than an hour with trying to exchange a dress. I was really getting frustrated and told him that I have to fetch my daughter who is waiting for me outside the school gate alone. Tumelo gave me attitude and said to me I did not tell him that I had to fetch my child from school. An argument ensued and I told him it to argue with me. I asked for his name and surname and he refused to give me his details. I asked for the store manager , and the lady by the name of Ingrid Zwane came along and gave me the guys name.

Tumelo’s customer service skills is appalling and a bad attitude. My experience was terrible and my daughter was detxhedadfer 16:39, as a teenager her life was out at risk.
