Truworths management are ****ming people

Good day.

I would like head office/senior management to explain and assist me.

I've put multiple queries on Hellopeter as im not getting any assistance from Pavillion Truworths.

From 2024 I've been to the store and explained to management that I've bought 2 exact same jeans just different colors and the 1 wasn't the same fit but both were super skinny.

I requested a return/ refund and receipt and date of purchase has been investigated and pulled out months ago and they management at Pavillion, from 2024 till date keep telling me the relevant manager is not on duty and to leave my contact details and they'll call me back but from last year 2024, it was once that someone called me to get certain information for these and it was given.

Till now im sitting with the clothes and it's been almost a year.

I live 1 hour 30mins away from this Truworths and I keep asking if I can get assistance in Pietermaritzburg but no one is in contact with me and everytime I am in the area is when I then come to the Pavillion store to ask what's going on and im always told the same thing.

21/06/25 around 16:35 I came to the Pavillion store and there was a black lady trying to assist but kept saying the manager is not on duty and I must come back/ leave my details and I was frustrated because im always told this and then a guy name Sherwin came and told me the same thing and I asked him to draft something out to have their word that they'd contact me and he rudely spoke and said no they dont do that but I told him that it's been almost a year and im hearing the same thing all along and I said im going to record this conversation and he says no then he can't assist me and I must take it up with head office and walks away.

I need a way forward as I shop at Uzzi for all my clothing but with the pathetic services, it's making me question buying from this store.

I got a call back today from Nikita from Pavillion telling me, the area manager says there's nothing she can do. But my question is, where is the management that were taking my credit card details in store and located docket? I was in the store when the manager has done this and took down all my information and now I get told, there's nothing we can do?

Im left with 2 R500 jeans that needs to be returned and im traveling an hr to the Pavillion store to try and get this sorted. I dont think this is fair customer service towards me or to anyone and making me waste my money.
