Truworths Man Gift Card - Failure to provide info
Visited your store on Saturday 26 March 2016 around 13h30 to validate a gift card that was mislaid. I experienced the following:
a. Poor service : 2 cashiers attending to a very long line of customers on an exceptionally busy retail day. Do we need to support your store when you appear incapable of staffing it correctly. Upper level queue was worse.
b. Gift Card : I joined the long queue to validate a gift card I was given a while ago which was mislaid. Finally on reaching your one of two cashiers she was unable to provide info on the gift card and referred me to the only other cashier. She was unable to find the card number \***\" on your database. She proceeded to call your Head Office who advised it had expired. End of service story!. I require the following from yourselves : 1. Details of the Value remaining on this gift card. 2. Re issue a valid card for the value "
