After losing my receipt for an item I wished to exchange for a different size called the store and Lindiwe kindly assisted me by going through their transactions on the day of my purchase to using the SKU number and finding the proof of my purchase thus making my exchange possible. Her service was exceptional!! Going above and beyond even when I thought I was now stuck with pants that didn't fit!
