Truworths Mall of the South

I would like to thank the staff at Truworths Mall of the South for their excellent customer service. The stuff is friendly and welcoming. I especially want to give credit to Nokukhanya Maphumulo, who gave me the best service I’ve ever experienced. I was so impressed that I even wrote her name on my journal!

I remember how welcoming she was when I came in looking for an outfit for an unveiling event. She went the extra mile to help me find the perfect outfit, including the right size and matching shoes. Although she is very young, I was truly inspired by her professionalism and kindness.

She also advised me about opening a Truworths account, explaining that it would help me shop more conveniently without always needing cash on hand. Thanks to her great advice, I even opened an account that day and now I know that all my emergency shopping needs will be sorted.

Thanks to her exceptional service, I will definitely continue shopping at Truworths. If there was a rating option, I would gladly give her 10 stars!
