Truworths Mall of Tembisa Cellphone theft

My sister went to Truworths mall of Tembisa on the 28th June 2023, she received a call and just after answering she put her phone in her pocket, She realized that her phone was no longer there in a space of minutes, She asked the lady who works there if she can view cameras and she was told that the store has no cameras, She then asked the security guard who confirmed that they actually have cameras, She had to go through opening a case ,cancelling cards etc. and the store was not of any help at all.Im a customer and was hoping to get some sort of assistance from the store.
