Truworths Mall Of Africa *************.Worst Experience ever with Truworths
Never in my life had i experienced what i experienced at Truworths Mall Of Africa.i bought some clothes on my account in the month of july 2020 and returned them in the same month.However,it looks like the clerk who was helping me did not capture everything that i had returned and now my account is in arrears.
Truworths want me to pay for something that i had returned and i don't understand why.Now Truworths is calling me and harassing me.i really want Truworths to get to the bottom of this,because there is no way i would pay for something that i had returned.
My account's balance should at be Zero(0), cause i returned everything that i had bought.Now there is an amount of R389 that i have to pay and i don't know where that amount is coming from.
I responded to Milan (One of your customer care consultant) who emailed me ,and I even called the the customer care ,and Truworths Mall of Africa aswell.
Truworths Mall of Africa asked to me to come into the store,which I will only be able to do next week.
However, my biggest surprise was when I asked them if I could see a camera Footage when I come in,so that we can see what went wrong on that day.But the guy I spoke to - said their store (Truworths Mall of Africa) doesn’t have cameras ,and I am not sure how true is that..
The clerk who was helping me on the 18th of july clearly ****ed me around(excuse my language) and I am not happy at all..She didn’t do what I had asked of her..
I have always paid my account on time and why would I start now not to pay..
I am truly frustrated!
