Truworths Mall of Africa Overworks their staff

It is so sad that every time I have to go pay my account or buy something I will have to see how truworths mall of africa overworks their staff members . The poor kids all look under pressure with the longest queue in the history of all retail stores I've ever been to but you find only 2 little kids at the tills looking hungry and tired with their supervisors putting pressure on them to be fast. WHO is the owner of truworths? Does he/she know how one of his stores is running? Or maybe they don't care,as long as the money comes in they'll be sitting in their offices. One person assisting 5 people all at once at the shoes department. This is exploitation at it's best! This shall come to a stop! If you cannot afford to have enough employees, close down your store!
