TRUWORTHS MALL OF AFRICA - A PRIME SPOT FOR CRIME

Truworths Mall of Africa is the worst crime spot I have come across. The store seems to encourage crime. No cameras in the store and ineffective security guards & useless staff in emergency situation. My handbag was ****** ****** inside the store in under very ***** circumstance, and I'm tempted to believe it as inside job. I reported to lady assisting me as my bag went missing in blink of an eye & she was not interested in alerting security of emergency, lady strolled as I was getting frantic screaming. Security did not even bother to tighten security at exits to stop ***** from escaping. They were so relaxed & told me thee was nothing they could do. I can't believe there is no camera in such a big shop. I was no taken seriously when reporting, yet I lost id book, license, car keys and clothing values I just bought. I am highly unpleased with these events. Since this morning I've been trying to contact store to see if bag is not recovered, and the phone is just ignored in that store, I don't know why they a phone listed on public platforms if they don't bother to answer.
