Truworths mall of Africa

I ordered online at truworths in January, I request the option to collect from the store On the 30th of Jan I received an SMS that a part of my order ha been delivered , and n the 1st of Feb I went to collect and I was advise that the rest will follow On the 6th of Feb I called the call centre regarding my order as it was over the SLA and they advise my order is at the store On the 7th I went to the store to collect my order , the cashier took my details to go check at the back , I stood at the till for 45 minutes alone waiting for the cashier to go look for my order , he did not even bother to come and update on what was the hold up on Only after I called him to complain that I have been waiting for long , he advised that there are items in my order that he couldn’t locate , he requested my number and advised that he is going to look for them and give me a call when he finds the items

A week later still n call or email to notify me f my order, I am so annoyed and irritated n how this has been handled and have been doing back and forth to the store just to get my order and the fact that nothing is being done about this is supper annoying , can truworths deliver my order as quick as they took my money regards Thobile
