Truworths - Mall@Carnival

To the supervisor from Truworths - Mall@Carnival, your discriminatory behavior towards my mother and I was appalling. We had come to the shop to purchase clothes and for you to profile us in the manner in which you did made the experience very uncomfortable. You started off by pretending to greet us, then proceeded to follow us into the fitting room and knock on the door because "we've been in there for too long" and to top it off, not only did you proceed to check if we didn't remove the electronic tag but you insisted to check our other shopping bags to make sure we didn't *****. My mother even asked if this is how every customer is treated. I may be one less customer who will NEVER shop at Truworths again but I want the people to see the kind of management the shop has. Do better.
