TRUWORTHS LYING ABOUT REMOVAL FROM CREDIT BUREAU

I was handed over to Truworths Attorneys for an overdue account. Paid up in full in July 2018, have the letter from the attorneys stating this fact. In which it is stated that I will be removed from the Credit Bureau within 21 days - THAT WAS 3 MONTHS AGO.

YET, when my credit score is checked a large amount( even bigger than what I owed), is shown and affecting my credit score.

I have been sending letters to both Symington & De Kok Attorneys and to Truworths with no avail.
