Truworths Ltd Somerset Mall - best retail therapy

I am a frequent shopper at Truworths Ltd Somerset Mall. I just have to commend Lorencia Plaatjies, affectionately know to all her clients as, Lolla. She is a refreshingly, kind, helpful, she goes the extra mile for her clients. She never expects anything in return, not even a chocolate or a thank you gift. She is gracious about her vocation, she has the demeanor of "I'm here to serve my clients, to the best of my ability". She makes shopping at Truworths Ltd such a pleasure. I would readily recommend, all ladies to pop into Somerset Mall & experience the warmth & contagious energy from "Lolla" at Truworths Ltd Somerset Mall. Her kindness, restores my belief that there is inherent goodness in mankind.
