Truworths losing their touch....

Bought items of clothing online. Informed that waiting period for delivery 5 to 7 working days. I receive a message of apology on the 7th day to say that they experienced a problem honouring part of my order. Really!!!!! I have a function to attend and no shoes. Not sure if this is negligence or blatant irresponsibility.
