Truworths lists customer at credit bureau for paying small amount due of R130 6 days late!
<p>Ben a loyal Truworths customer for 20 years. For the first time ever I paid my account of only R130 slightly late like a whole 5 days late. Truworths called me and I confirmed I had paid the instalment. Nevertheless they went ahead anyway and listed me with the credit bureau - no notification either from them that they had done so. If that it how they treat customers after 20 years then I no longer want to be a customer. Will be closing account and will not step a foot in their shop again! Many other much nices to shop anyway!</p>

We have reviewed your account and can verify that it fell in arrears due to a short payment received for your installment due 03 August 2016. We can confirm that the full outstanding amount was received on 10 August.
