Truworths like handing over

If an option for zero stars are available I would use it. I have sent numerous emails to Both Truworths and Blake and Ass and yet no one has contacted me. When I do get a call from the Blake and Ass, the call get dropped by the agent. All I want is a proper response with why is it that I am owing such a ridiculous amount because I have paid when I had the money yet Blake and ass still charge for letters that I have not received.
