Truworths Ladies Maponya Mall needs a wake up. Most of the staff working at the payout points are the most miserable people you can find ... These are people that act asif you asking them a favour to assist you in a empty store. I want to thank the Ladies at Truworths Men Maponya, Emily for going the extra mile and Patients for going above and beyond to assist me with a service I had to receive from Truworths Ladies Maponya that refused to assist me yet Patients did exactly what was needed. I want to give an explosive shout out and biiig thank you to Mr Siveshan Moodaley for his prompt and accurate service, not only in this matter but everytime I call him he is ontop of it. I had a dress brought from Limpopo to Maponya Mall in 2days perfect just for me and mind you when it arrived ut was at a discounted price that was even more surprising then what expected. Mr Siveshan Moodaley you are a star and Truworths has a gem , you Sir are one of those people that makes it worth supporting Truworths and redeems the poor customer service we as ordinary people receive from stores like Truworths Ladies Maponya. I would also like to acknowledge Patients for her part in securing everything, her naturally friendly and helpful nature made a big difference. I appreciate 🙏
