Truworths’ Lack of Regard for Customer Complaints

Despite numerous phone calls and emails to the Truworths headquarters, my phone number is still linked to another person’s account. Various Truworths employees have responded stating that my number has been removed. Yet, I receive weekly sms’s telling me ”OVERDUE: Mr. *** your Truworths account is badly in arrears and negatively affecting your credit record. Please pay R*** immediately.” I have never opened or attempted to open an account at Truworths.
