Truworths Lack of Humanity
I am absolutely disgusted with Truworths. I have been a loyal customer for many years, purchasing and paying on time. I have never been in arrears. Due to the lock down my salary was affected as I am in Sales. I phoned Truworths and explained my situation to them and also made an arrangement to pay a small amount towards my account as I could not meet the installment. I have kept to my arrangement but they have handed me over to a debt collection agency. I am now constantly getting calls and texts to say that my account is in arrears. Does Truworths not have compassion for the situation we are facing. Once my account is paid up, I will be closing it and will never support Truworths again. Disgusting service.
I have accounts with other retail stores and none of them have behaved in this manner. Learn from @Home, I paid less than half my installment and they sent me a sms to say, thank you for your payment in this trying times, that is a store I will support. Once I pay up my Truworths account, you will never get business from me again. You lack compassion and humanity. I don't wish to support a store like yours.
