Truworths will not get any support from me ever again! Nobody is allowed to collect a online order for you, with your order number and your ID. You need to give them a permission letter. Their website does NOT state that at all. This was not a problem with my first order though! 0 stars! Never Never Never again! Truworths Kuruman Mall may your shop close down!
