Truworths Kimberley Poor Customer Service

Truworths promises it's customers who purchase online that we can return or exchange an item at any truworths branch, but today at Truworths Kimberley in Jones Str we had the worst experience with a superior who was called for authorisation. She starred at us with disgust and chew her gum. Even whispering conversation with the co worker as if we came to disrupt their work. Papers were just placed there for us to sign without any communication or eye contact. We felt like a nuisance who came to inconvenience workers at their work mind you none of them had any name tags on.....I can only assume that lady was part of management because she was called to authorise the transaction....... Please don't encourage us to do returns in-store because your staff are rude, disrespectful and lazy. Truworths is suppose to be a 5star shop but your Kimberley branch is being run like a ****a Shop. We left there feeling guilty and bad to come in store and create jobs for people....
