Truworths Keywest complaint

Good Morning

My name is Thabo Tsame I have a problem with Truworths Keywest. I bought a Nokia C30 on Wednesday the 9th of March 2022 which I wanted to use my Bolt app on it so I enquired if this app will work on the C30 and the consultant went to Telkom to enquire and they said that it will work that's why I bought the phone in the first place so to my surprise the Bolt app didn't work. So I returned the phone the same day but they rejected to take the phone back I need advice on how to handle it.
