Truworths is useless

The level of incompetence 😡😡😡 First I made an order online for a store pick up last year and it took long and an iteam was missing and no one could help me…. I let it go it was just a Tshirt . Now I’ve been waiting for an order it’s been 10days now when I try to track the order the link is nolonger working, I call to ask what’s going on and a guy @ the online department hang up on me when I am the one who called them with my air time… bad customer service. Am done with them the moment the order decides to arrive iam cancelling the account. Ive been doing online shopping all my life and I’ve never experienced such incompetence ever.
