Truworths is useless

I have never experienced such poor service , I had an account with truworths that get in arrears due to loss of employment I clearly explained my situation but they handed me over to an unprofessional company MBD since then I’ve been making payments with MBD but each time I ask for a statement it shows the same amount meaning I am going to be paying this account for the rest of my life the account was 1800 but over two years I’ve been paying guess what it still remains 1800 , I demand to get a statement with the correct amount or a refund for the over payment ... I demand that truworths deals with this immediately as I can not be ********** anymore , MBD refers me to truworths or they do not answer my calls period
