TRUWORTHS IS UP TO BULL****

I ordered a pair of wedges from Truworths on Thursday, however i got an sms yesterday regarding it was going to be delivered, I called the online call center and have spoken to Veronica asking her to arrange for delivery today before 12, she said she will call back but she didnt, then i called again and spoke to Kaitlyn and she told me all is on Track and will be delivered today, i called 4 other times today and was told it is with the courier which is nonsense, I tracked the parcel and it shows that is was handed over to the operations manager, THE ONLINE SERVICE IS VERY POOR AND I NEED THIS SORTED AND DELIVERED ASAP....ANGRY CUSTOMER.
