TRUWORTHS IS THE WORST

Ordered online last month already and told my order should take 5-7 working days. Few days later was sent a message stating that the items ordered are no longer available. I was told that I have thus been refunded and that the refund will reflect in the next 7-10 working days. It’s been way more than 10 days to date and still no refund and when I call their number on ***, I kept on holding for the next available consultant only for my call to be cut off. I have all the proof.
