Truworths is terrible and the staff are ***********.

Recently I wanted to buy a mobile device on my Mom's account, we both (my Mom and I) went to Truworths Parys to get a card for myself on the account as they do not cell phones at this particular store. They suggested rather my Mom get me a Gift Card instead and I can go get a phone at any other Truworths. To my dismay I got to Truworhs Sandton and was informed that I cannot get a phone with a Gift card, and it is company policy that cannot be changed. This was now my problem, I do not understand why I must waste my own money to go back To Parys to reverse the Gift card and then go back to get a phone with an account card. This Gift card already has been changed to the account but has not been used because of MISINFORMATION and total DISREGARAD for customers by Truworths employees. I am totally DISGUSTED at the service.
