Truworths is selling poor quality clothes and when you call the store, they refer you to customer care, at customer care they refer you back to the store.

It's me again. I need your assistance. I bought a men's coat at Truworths in May/June last year for my husband. He wore it 3/4 times...I noticed yesterday when he was wearing it, it's got lint, not fluff. The jacket is of poor quality and it is not wearable the way it looks. The details are: MW013424, 3127 ***6 W24. Made in SA with imported fabric. The details I am quoting are on the garment care label. This jacket, as expensive as it was, is of poor quality. I bought it from my account that I am currently paying. This goes for their sport bag I bought at Kokstad. The bag on one use broke the shoulder strap, I reported that to the store and on the second time I was using it, it tore on the sides...still I spoke to the store and was advised to call customer care. At customer care they told me to go back to the store to handle it. I'm sitting here with poor quality clothes and the bag. I believe by throwing me from pillar to post, they're running away from their responsibility. I am their customer for years, I buy there. I do not know what I did to deserve this kind of treatment. Throwing away R440 that I paid for the bag is extremely painful. Throwing away R1500+ on the jacket is too painful. I need your assistance and your intervention. This is too much.
