I’ve never seen such unprofessionalism in my whole life, credit turned sour due to lack of communication from this company. ******* service is what they do best

I followed the correct processes till today and I don’t appreciate the information that has to stay there due to lack of communication from your team. You failed to communicate and now I’m the one with a dented profile? Please escalate further
