Truworths Is Reckless, Rude, Inconsistent and *****

No where in the terms and conditions is it stipulated that the gift card I received cannot be used to purchase airtime. However, your consultant at your Clearwater mall says otherwise. Secondly, how for the last 2 and half months is both stores, flora and Clearwater there's no airtime available for Telkom Mobile. I am disgusted in how poorly your agents works and thinks that they own the shop and customer is only right when they want it to be!!!!
