Truworths is not trustworthy

I never thought I'll be writing such a review about Truworths but here I am.... I opened an online account with the business and was approved then I purchased 2 shoes which they said they were gonna be delivered separately lol okay, on the 1st of November 2024 got a text saying they will deliver around 8:00-17:00 but the delivery was never made, on Monday 4th of November 2024 I took the initiative and called them to ask what happened because there was no delivery made and the driver did not even contact me about any delays, the lady that I spoke to said she will send an email so they can delivery on that day. Around 16:45 I receive a text message saying your parcel was delivered successfully, I was shocked because I got nothing and also the driver did not call me once again to even confirm the address or ask for directions. I called right away to rectify that and the 2nd lady I spoke to was so rude and said the person who signed for the parcel is Lorraine. Firstly I know no one by that name and again my question is why didn't the driver call me and even if they delivered to an incorrect address but why is that person name almost the same as mine. Is this some inside job that the driver's are doing for a side hustle or was my parcel never delivered to begin with. When the driver delivered don't they scan the ID or take a picture of it because why would the driver be so comfortable to give something to someone they are not even sure it's the correct person. Truworths has disappointed me.
