Truworths is not living up to their ads. Stop sending us emails

I woke up today to an email from Truworths. I fell in love with their navy puffer jacket. I called the stores that showed they had stock, Lusikisiki, Matatiele...and I was told there is no stock. I shopped again and Tygervalley had. I called the store and they couldn't pick up. I called the customer care and I spoke to Sifiso who tried the store as well and came back saying they are not picking up. She transferred me online department. I hold on for almost an hour with the answering machine saying the consultants were not available. I need the jacket. I am so disappointed at their service as well. I use airtime to make a call and the more I hold, the more I lose. Do NOT advertise if you can't assist. Stop sending us emails if you can't find us stock. The style number for the jacket is ***. This was my third call since last week. You've been sending me these emails since forever. Kindly find the stock.
