Truworths is nonsense

I app**** via sms and received an sms from Truworths that my application has been approved and I need to go to any store and sign a preagreement. An sms further advised that I can spend a R1000 with an additional voucher of a R1000. I went to Truworths church and presented the sms. Was assisted by some guy who told me that my account awaits approval. Why in the hell did u say my account application has been approved next thing I have to wait for the same account to be approved? I am referring this matter to the consumer Ombuds coz ive spent my money to go to town only to be turned down
