Truworths is ****
Iogged a complaint with truworths last month for wrongfully putting my twin sister's truworths account on my profile. Now my name is on default at transunion. But they dont seem to care, the issue is still not sorted out. Mybe its time i take a legal route now.. Truwortha doesnt give a damn about people, their future and their emotions. My life is stuck i cant do anything now until they remove my name on itc. I really hate this company.

As previously advised, we have escalated your concerns raised to our Legal Department for urgent attention.
As a result, an urgent instruction was sent to the Credit Bureaux to update your credit profile, by removing your sister’s Truworths account details from your credit report. Further to this, we verify that confirmation of this was provided to you.
We once again sincerely apologise for any inconvenience and frustration caused as a result of this matter, but is however pleased to confirm that we were able to satisfactorily resolve this matter from our side.
