Your staff confirmed that my instalment will be R860 monthly for the next 6 months. and they said its interest free. To my shock all of a sudden you send an sms saying I must pay R920? For what when my account is always paid on time and I advent taken any items? I asked you to send me a statement and you are still not sending a statement after numerous requests. I tried to log on to your website to access the statement and I am still not winning. how does an instalment of 860 miraculously change to 920 with no reason what so ever? worse part you never send statements
