Truworths is a ****, **********!

Disappointed by Truworths.

An account that was paid to a zero balance and not in use and out of now where a balance of over R4K into the account and even their staff can point out that it is *****... Purchases occurred in Cape Town and I am in Durban, yet they can not assist in clearing my name. They have all the documentations but they decided to hand over my account and now my ITC record is a mess. Please attend to my query ASAP. This is exhausting thus thier collection entity (MBD) is doing a lousy job in returning to my emails.

Very disappointed.
