Truworths is a ****!!!!!

I think I being ****med by truworths, even their call center agents don’t know what they doing there cause they still not giving me the answer I’m looking for. Till today I don’t understand why my installment is higher than my balance that I owe them. When I phone they tell me different stories that don’t add up. I have minimized my spend and been paying more and reducing my limits. But now I owe them R3600 but my installment on a 12 months plan is 1500 how is that possible and a phone I purchased last year on 6 months plans is still appearing and has a balance. Truworths is a **** and I want to close their ridiculous account.
