Truworths is a disgrace
I paid R13500 via your site on my account and it still states that I have to pay Ober R2100 next month.
This is not the first it doesn't show at all that I made the payment.
Your accounts department is unprofessional and do not know how to do their jobs properly

Is it so stupid to understand that when I pay via the app all I can see that payment took place on my bank account so I cannot send proof of payment
