Truworths is ****!!!!
Truworths listed a default under my credit profile, I wrote to the credit ombudsman as correct processes were not followed. I’m in possession of a letter with the final outcome from the ombudsman which states correct procedures were not followed, the most painful part is that my home loan was declined due to this listing. Now that the outcome is here is it a case of saying sorry and walking away?
