Truworths insurers suck

At the end of April I was retrenched. First week in May I contacted Truworths insurers regarding my account which I had an insurance cover on. This covered retrenched. I was advised to send all documents through which they acknowledged receipt of. On multiple occasions I followed up I was advised that my claim was approved and my account would be settled. The past month I hvlave been receiving messages of my account being in arrears and now MBD is involved, does it take 2 months for my claim to be settled or just the information communicated to all departments so I do not receive these demeaning calls and messages. Absolutely disgusted by the service from truworths and their insurers. When I get calls and explain myself these "professional" debt collectors give me attitude and hang up.
