Truworths Insurance

Receiving Bad service from Truworths. For Months I have been paying for insurance that I don't know about. When I confronted the Store in WonderPark Pretoria. The Manager made me write a letter stating that I have never signed for Insurance on my account and it was done without my knowledge. Now I'm receiving calls from people says I need to pay my account.
