truworths incompetibles

i had debt of 4670 at truworths that was overdue due to retrenchment.

paid 4700 at carnivall mall truworths 4000 in august and 700 the 4th of september.

went back when i saw i was listed again for the month of september on the creditberue. wanted to pay whatever i still owe only to find out truworths gave me a slip of minus 4700 minus. because they sold my 4670 account to dmc. dmc then listed me on creditberue. phoned dmc apparently they never got the 4700.

dmc and truworths are now listing me on the creditberue as missing payments.

phoned dmc they sent me a paid up letter.

truworths still list me as missing payments and owing them money. they refuse to fix there mistake. destroying my crefitprofile.

in the time of covid can you believe this i cant rent a house because truworths clearly does not know how to do there job. keep on listing me on an account that was paid up in full september the 4th.

thank you truworths for destroying my life . i paid you and your inabilty to do your job wrecked my creditprofile.

i wish i never went close to that store.

case is now with ombudsman now i have to wait another 60 days for him to show you my paid up letter since you cant read
