Truworths - *********** "head office" personnel just plain useless!!!

I bought shoes at Truworths Gillwell Mall, EL on Friday 04 June 2021 using my Capitec debit card. Shoes didn't fit, took them back during my lunch time couldn't find my size I requested a refund. Only to be told that they cannot refund me because I didn't bring the card I used to purchase, I must go back to fetch it and only then can they refund me and that the refund will take 3 days to reflect on my account. I phoned their useless head office, some Malika woman told me that she doesn't know what happened in the stores and the policy is the stores policy and they work in the head office, so I must go back to the store. I asked her to transfer me to her superior, she transferred me to the store manager. Who also said it is not store policy but comes from head office.This is just bull****, they will never see me set foot anywhere near that excuse of a store. EVER!!!
