Truworths' incompetence!!!!

Truworths handed my account over to Daly cresit corporation.I paid my account on the 2nd of September and Daly corporation said my acvoubt has been sent to Truworths for allocation.Truworths says to deal with Daly credit corporation regarding the matter because the account was handed over,how,when they say they are waiting for Truworths to allocate the payment then the account can be closed and I can get my paid up letter,it has been weeks and Daly credit corporation says that Truworths has not gotten back to them regarding the allocation,how long do I have to wait,so frustrated?
