Truworths Imbeciles

so after receiving the hundredth letter from Truworths AFTER MY ACCOUNT WAS PAID, I wrote this email: Good Morning,

you are the most unprofessional company I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Your "letter" is in contradiction to the national credit act. The installment of R98.85 for April/May has been settled. Maybe you should install the age old system of making sure that your information is correct before you send clients letters. I am also in possession of a statement from Truworths, that states that the installment of R185.00 is due on the 01 JUNE 2023. so how on earth do you send me a letter for a debt that is due on a FUTURE DATE???? Truworths are unprofessional and a **** institution. I regret opening the account with you. You are harassing people. Do you perhaps need money to keep supplying your overpriced clothing? Ór to pay the salaries of the imbeciles working for your company? Please please please respond Truworths. AFTER reconciling your records!!
