Truworths I want you to resolve my Issue
I am Veryyyyyyyy Unhappy with your Durban Customer Service!!!!!!!!! I bought a Phone from Your Company with a 2 year warranty! My phone suddenly stopped working yesterday I took it in to your Durban Branch! I'm working from Home and need my Mobile phone! your staff has No Respect Told me that I can not expect to get a New phone I must wait 21 days for them to Fix my Phone and there will be No refunds!!!!!!!!!!!! I will be giving your Company a Review On hello Peter for selling **** to customers ! Train your Staff !!!!!!!!!!!! I wish I could Rate them Zero! because Of your ****py service I will never Support you!!!!!!!!!

25 Aug 2020, 13:37So my Last Review was where I posted the disgusting service Truworths DURBAN CBD has given, a day later they called and my phone was taken in For repairs , I was advised that it would take 3-5 days and that my device will be delivered to my home address! Well guess what, on the 19th an SMS was sent to me stating that my phone has been taken for repairs! Meanwhile I had taken the phone in 2 weeks before and only receiving and SMS NOW , I still don't have my device and they haven't made any contact with me !!!!! I will NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO BUY MOBILES OR ANY DEVICES FROM TRUWORTHS!!! A FRIEND OF MY RECENTLY GOT HIS MONEY BACK AFTER 3 MONTHS OF HIM RUNNING UP AND DOWN!!!!!!
