Dear Truworths

1. Kindly stop sending me sms reminders to pay for shoes I no longer have in my possession and which were returned to you due to an error on your part. 2. Kindly stop calling me using Beaufort West, Bloemfontein, Bethlehem and all the odd numbers your bot is calling me from to remind me to pay an imaginary outstanding balance. 3. Kindly instruct all the people you have furnished my personal info to to STOP CALLING ME from their 076, 072, 084 etc. numbers. Ever heard about POPIA? Why are you distributing my personal info to anyone and everyone? 4. This matter has still not been resolved a month later. My friendly advise is, close your Customer Services, it is after all currently non-existent. 3. Kindly close my account with immediate effect.
