TRUWORTHS I DON'T WANT YOUR ACCOUNT

I was on my ClearScore only to find out that I've got an account with TRUWORTHS, I send them an email advising them to cancel this account as I'm not interested. They rep**** and asked me to send them all my details ID, address, name&surname which I did. They came back and gave me a number to call because is their Outside Coll tor Consumer Friend. I replient and told them my ClearScore doesn't say anything about Consumer Friend it says TRUWORTHS. They rep**** and still insist that I must call their Consumer Friend, my problem is is I could have accepted that credit I was going to use it at TRUWORTHS not Consumer Friend. TRUWORTHS is messing up my Credit score my forcing me to be in their credit books.
