Truworths, How did you Ricca these people?
I am receiving Truworths accounts for people (Ms. D. Krause, Mr. P. Cloete, Ms. E. van Loggerenberg at my home address. These people have *****ently use my residential info. They do not stay here and never have.<br> <br> Please explain how did you RICCA these ********** when they opened accounts?

At Truworths, we pride ourselves in conducting all policies and procedures in strict compliance with all applicable legislation, including without limitation the extensive provisions of the National Credit Act (NCA). The RICA procedure is not a requirement for new account application process.
We have removed your home address from the accounts of the above mentioned persons and following our telephonic communication, you will no longer receive mail in this regard.
We are pleased that we have acceptably resolved this matter and we wish to apologise to you for any inconvenience and frustration this may have caused you.
